Bought my second truck from you Glenbrook Dodge. JR sold us my new to me truck. He was absolutely awesome. Showed us several different trucks and new exactly what he was talking about. The experience was a fairly good one. Working with Madison Rau. There was a lot of back and forth to get to the final price. The biggest issue I have was, when we came back to pick up Working with Madison Rau. There was a lot of back and forth to get to the final price. The biggest issue I have was, when we came back to pick up the Jeep, it was not detailed or even cleaned out at all, nor did it have a a full tank of gas. The low tire light was on as they did put a plug in the tire. It is the little things that could be done a whole lot better. More

Very professional and kind. I have been bring my Jeep here for the last 3 years. Super friendly and reasonable prices. The staff does their jobs efficiently and within a reasona I have been bring my Jeep here for the last 3 years. Super friendly and reasonable prices. The staff does their jobs efficiently and within a reasonable time. I use the express service every time and I am greeted with a smile and I am guided to to the most comfortable waiting room where there are free drinks and a tv with very nice seats. They come and get you when they are finished and they even washed my jeep for me… AMAZING staff!!! More
