I had an issue from a previous oil change and I called and they said to come in and they would make it right. Josh got me the shuttle back home. I tried to check on with them the next day, but you can not and they said to come in and they would make it right. Josh got me the shuttle back home. Josh called me late in the day to say they had waited all day for the repair kit part and to come in. When we got there it was not ready because of more problems. But he stayed a half hour after closing along with the tech to finish - all at no charge to me. Everyone was friendly at the service department. More

Yesterday I went for an oil change, they told me it would be quick because they didn't have anyone on the list and I was the first, they left me waiting for 2 hours, apart from that they didn't even inflate be quick because they didn't have anyone on the list and I was the first, they left me waiting for 2 hours, apart from that they didn't even inflate my tires, and they told me that they had done it but they hadn't. It was going to reflect on my dashboard for up to a few hours, I had to inflate my tires myself and it did reflect on the dashboard. On another occasion I went for a repair on the Dashboard for which they charged me $1700, which I paid in cash. and after 30 days my Dashboard was damaged again due to the same problem and a new problem arose and the USB port no longer worked, I left my car to have it repaired under warranty, they did not repair the USB port, and they also told me that I could pick it up the next day, they never responded to my messages or calls and it took 4 more days, how unprofessional and lack of communication. More
