Dishonest. I had a full Nissan Warranty on my Nissan Sentry. They billed for repairs instead of telling me to contact a different dealer to activate it. Their I had a full Nissan Warranty on my Nissan Sentry. They billed for repairs instead of telling me to contact a different dealer to activate it. Their service department tried to pretend that they checked and it was not in the system. They knew full well that Nissan Warranties are not placed in the system. You have to contact the dealer where your purchased the car. When I told them, i had a full warranty from M'Lady, Christ shrugged his shoulders and pretended like he did not understand. This is full blown criminal consumer fraud. I found the warranty after the repairs. They warranty people promised to send me an email. It takes 90 days to review the complaint and then you have to call back to see what they decided for a car which has a bumper to bumper warranty,. When M'Lady sold us the deliver ship, the saleman promised "bumpb to bumper, no worries." Nissan is guilty of criminal fraud and there should be a whistle blower lawsuit regarding their criminal activity. More

Do not do business with this dealership! Any dealership that forces you to sign an agreement to binding arbitration is bad news. Plenty of Nissan dealers in the area that will do honest business with you. that forces you to sign an agreement to binding arbitration is bad news. Plenty of Nissan dealers in the area that will do honest business with you. We bought a truck from them brand new, and it is defective. These folks were sweet and friendly when we were test driving and now they will not take responsibility or return our calls. Our attorney is working to find a solution. Once you drive it off the lot, they say, “its not our problem, you inspected it yourself.” Save yourself the money and headaches and go somewhere reputable. We wish we had read the recent reviews on this place before signing on a truck. More

After buying 3 cars from them over the years they failed to pay off the loan on my trade in for my most recent purchase. After 1 month I realized that the old loan was never paid and it cost me greatly. The to pay off the loan on my trade in for my most recent purchase. Then after trying to contact the finance department they just gave me the run around and put me on hold over and over. Stay away from this place. If they still pull scams like this god only knows what else they do. Never again. More

I am very disappointed with 3 yr warranty. I purchase a two year old with factory warranty once it got hot the AC wasn’t working. They advertise the car as cold AC.
