I am sorry for the frustration around this, especially given everything you were already dealing with, and I completely understand how that would be upsetting. I do want to clarify, respectfully, that we do not automatically add service contracts to purchase agreements without discussion or authorization, but it is possible there was some confusion since a family member originally signed the paperwork and may not have had the chance to fully walk through every detail with you afterward. Regardless, if anything was unclear or not explained as thoroughly as it should have been, that is on us. We always want customers to feel informed and confident in what they are signing.

Theresa truly is a VERY friendly person who has never met a stranger and genuinely cares about people, but I completely understand that being addressed that way is not appropriate or comfortable for everyone, and you are absolutely right to expect a more professional approach.
