I cannot believe how incompetent the service dept here is. Been trying to get my 2010 jeep in for a service recall. The run around is incredible. Too long to list all the issues. No return emails or phone calls. Spoke to someone named Ed Rubino, supposedly general manager. He did return a phone call. What a joke. Totally rude and didn't give crap. Finally lost my temper and told him off. Myself and my daughters have bought 4 vehicles from them over the last couple years. Also had friends buy there. NEVER AGAIN.
