Once again a great car buying experience at Global! I just bought a new Elantra for my son. We traded in his 2006 Elantra and received a really good amount for it. This is the sixth vehicle I have purchased at Global and each time it only gets better. Julio had the appraisal done while we test drove the new Elantra. When Matt and I returned the numbers were ready and we did the deal in less than an hour. You can rely on Global for an honest great deal that doesn’t take hours to complete. I will be back! More
I heard of Global Auto through a family member. I was very skeptical at first as my last two car purchases were very nerve racking! To begin with, the sales rep Bernard came and picked me up from my home very skeptical at first as my last two car purchases were very nerve racking! To begin with, the sales rep Bernard came and picked me up from my home. When I arrived at Global I was very impressed. They were the first dealership I was ever in where, everyone was extremely polite and courteous. I didn't really care for the original SUV I came to buy, but after expressing this to the salesman, they did every thing they could to place me in the SUV I really desired! Forgot to mention, I have challenged credit, but still with no money down ended up with the truck I wanted, and a very DO-ABLE, monthly payment on a fixed retired inome. From start to finish, test drives and contracts, I was done in 2 hours! That is NOT the norm and neither is Global. I highly recommend!!! Karen G. Somerset, N.J. More

Great Service and Honest people. I was given a price from the internet department from different dealerships. Global wasnt the best so Me and mY husband went to the places that gave us the better prices but the internet department from different dealerships. Global wasnt the best so Me and mY husband went to the places that gave us the better prices but when we got there the cars werent available or in worse cases they tried to add dealer installed options to the price we were quoted. At last we decided to go to global to see what the story was and they not only honored the price but the car we requested was also available. a couple hunndred dollars more but the price we were quoted was honored,. I will definatelly recommend Julio and Global Auto Mall. More
The previous service rep I had did a poor job each time I came in for service in which I have been taking my car to Global Auto Mall since I purchased my car in 2005 and paid my car off early in 2006. Since I have had Debra and Thom to work with, they have taken care of my service issues right away and they are always very friendly and very helpful with any problems I have with my auto. These 2 people are an "asset" for Global Auto Mall and because of them I would purchase another auto from this dealership and would recommend friends and family to this dealer. More
It is with pleasure that I write a few words to express my satisfaction concerning my recent trip to Global Automall for service and repair. I have dealt prmarily with Greg because I think it's a good thi my satisfaction concerning my recent trip to Global Automall for service and repair. I have dealt prmarily with Greg because I think it's a good thing to have the same Service Consultant each time I go. I feel Greg has gotten to know me and my car. He has always been very friendly, very knowledgable, and very professional. He questions what problems I might be having, what services I came in for, determines what jobs need to be done according to the milage, and makes recommendations accordingly. He makes every attempt to make sure I am comfortable as I wait for my vehicle. At regular intervals, he lets me know how the work is progressing and, if necessary, what costs are involved. He handles things in a very timely manner. He gives me the best price he can and makes sure I get the right mechanic for the work that needs to be done. I have never had to bring my car back for something that wasn't done or wasn't done right. I am a totally satisfied customer. Even though I deal primarily with Greg, I have a very good relationaship with Tom and Debbie as well. Believe it or not, I actually look forward to coming in and seeing each one. They all make me feel very comfortable, very welcomed, and always show appreciation for my business. The girls who are on duty when I call for an appointment are very polite and thorough. When I come for my appointment, I find they have written everything down on the computer that I have mentioned. There is no need to repeat things over and over. I have 96,660 miles on my car. When it comes time to get another one, I will head straight to Global Automall to purchase one and will continue to have it serviced there as well. Thanks very much, June Burggaller More

I purchase my Sonata from Global this past summer. From the moment I steped in the door I got nothing but great service. When I got an e-mail requesting that I bring my car in to check the tires, I was amazed that I had been alerted about my tires and surprised that I could I setup the appointement online. This dealership is a class act and I was treated like a VIP from the moment I drove up to the service entrance. On Tuesday, I took my car in for the 3000 mile serviced and just as before, I got the royal treament, Debra, my service rep, was just great as she was before and she got me in and out in short order. Friendly and knowledgable sales person (Fransisco). Did not pressure a sale. We actually test drove the vehicle and then left for a few days to check out other dealers and cars. Came back and had a pleasant experience reaching a good deal mostly in negotiation with the General Manager, Rich who was very good. Only complaint was that it took a long time to get processed and to take delivery of the car which took place during our visit - they were very busy. Still, would highly recommend the dealership and the people. Would absolutely send friends and relatives - and would purchase there again ourselves. More
