I am giving my rating because of the fine4 experience during my service. I arived for my scheduled appointment on time and within 5 minutes, on a saturday no less, my car was ready to be serviced. The staff was very friendly and hearing to them deal with other customers - i found them to be very sympathetic and did there best to work with people. I purchased the extended maintenance on my car so the best part was signing the bill and having a $0 bottom line. A positive experience all around from purchasing my car to my first oil change. This is the second car we have purchased from Global and will defiantly be going back when in need of another car. More

A very positive experience. Debra was very nice to meet first thing on a Saturday morning. Very friendly, funny and a great personality which is needed for a service area.
