Check-in went smoothly. Submitted information to the friendly receptionist who offered me coffee. Met with a service advisor a few minutes later to review service rerquests. I have been corresponding with Vina T. of Kia Global Auto mall for about a week & I called two days before to confirm BUNCH OF IN-YOUR-FACE LIARS!!!! I have been corresponding with Vina T. of Kia Global Auto mall for about a week & I called two days before to confirm my appointment this Saturday & even called her two hours before & she confirmed that her dealership would appraise my suv despite the fact they don't have the vehicle in stock. She was even willing to locate the SUV for me. When I got there, she passed me on to Randy who tried to hard-sell a used, higher trim suv. I told him that I wasnt interested and he responded by saying that he will not appraise my vehicle anymore. I told him that Vina promised an appraisal for me but he countered by lying to my face by claiming that Vina said to me "not to come anymore" when I spoke to her over the phone before I came!!! Vina knew I had to travel 55 miles to get to their location! Its a good thing that I was able to make two other stops with other dealers so it wasn't a complete waste of time. BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP!!! More

Today I had an exceptional experience at Global Auto Mall, in no small part due to Mr. Nesbit's friendly and attentive service. He greeted me soon after I submitted my claim receipt to the receptionist and told me I would have to wait only an hour for the oil change to be performed on my car; I'm happy to report that the service was completed in the time promised and for a reasonable fee. Mr. Nesbit and the employees who performed the service on my car made a pleasant experience out of something I would normally find bothersome and time-consuming. I would absolutely return to Global to get my car serviced, and I would recommend it to my relatives and friends without hesitation.
