The salespeople in all three of those OTHER PLACES treated me VERY POORLY and presented themselves like a bunch of xxxxx/IDIOTS who tried to strong-arm me into a decision and were very disrespectful>>>>>>>>>>> With That being said; Consider the fact that I have leased Hyundais many times in the past. I am a returning customer to your product because I LOVE THE SONATAS-THROUGH THE YEARS!! Now lets turn the page and focus on Global HYUNDAI's STELLAR REPRESENTATIVE, IAN MCMAHON. At all times, Ian treated me with COURTESY, RESPECT and a laid back UNREASSURING DEMEANOR! IAN MCMAHON is a GEM and an asset to your company and to Corporate Hyundai! Please take the time to thank him and perhaps take him to lunch/AWARD HIM in recognition for his ability to present and sell such a good product as the Sonata in such an OUTSTANDING WAY. In fact, please do not hesitate to BUMP THIS LETTER UP THE LADDER so that your superiors could take note of he and YOU. I am still composing a Corporate letter to Hyundai reflecting the above sentiments but wanted to take a little more time with expressing how great Ian was in making my buying experience a great one! I returned to the dealership against my better judgement and was greeted and treated with much better service. I would recommend by car dealer to a family member or friend.
