He allowed me to test drive two cars and answered all my questions. As a consumer, and someone who has leased cars for years, some salesmen can be pushy and dance around your questions. He wasn't pushy and answered my questions. I felt like my needs were heard and I'm happy with the final deal we mad on the new car. More

I was at the dealership for 4 1/2 hours looking at numerous cars, figuring out different options, calling family members, calling the insurance company, etc. At the end of my time there, I drove home with the car that was perfect for me. Ian was very professional and never made me feel rushed or pressured. I will be referring Ian to all of my friends and family. What a great guy! I also worked with Carlos to finalize the paperwork for the car. Carlos was great to work with as well. He explained everything and made sure that I understood everything I was signing.
