Excellent Service On 9/29/17 I went to Global Auto Mall with my son to look for a 2017 Hyundai Sonata for myself. I was greeted by salesman Ian McMahon wiho had a wonderful personality. We looked at a few vehicles I did not purchase one on this visit but I did tell Ian that I would come back. . On 9/30/17 I returned to Global and asked for Ian. On this day Ian gave stellar sevice he was attentive to what I was looking for I had did my research. Ian took time with me and my son he found the car with everything I was looking for Then he started the paperwork and introduced me to the sales manager who handles getting the deal done. The sales manager Ken Harris came and greeted me explained that he would work on getting me the best deal possible . Ken also gave stellar service and was very detailed. Then I went in with the finance manager Carlos Silvia he was also very attentive and took time to explain everything again Carlos service was stellar. It is very rare you go to a car dealership and receive stellar service from beginning to end. I left the dealership feeling like a qiueen because of the stellar service I received. If anyone is in the market for a car I will definitely tell them go to Global the service is stellar they care about the.customer. service he explained everything was very detailed. More

2018 Hyundai Sonata I entered the center with a goal of purchasing a new car with a specific budget. I was a little concerned I wouldn't get the car and would had to sett I entered the center with a goal of purchasing a new car with a specific budget. I was a little concerned I wouldn't get the car and would had to settle for a used vehicle. To my surprise, Vinnie ensured me he would do his best to get me the car and in my range. I have never met and/or dealt with a more professional and courteous sales person. Mr. Moya made every effort to respect my time restraints and responded to exactly what I wanted in my new vehicle. I appreciated that he was not your "pushy salesman" and actually took the time to explain all the updated features which I so appreciated because I a technically challenged. Mr. Moya made my buying a car a pleasant experience and I will return to him for future endeavors in car buying. I truly believe he is an asset to Global Hyundai. More
