When I went to Global Auto Mall I met with Guy and he was so efficient - got the exact car that I had researched, we took the test drive and he did the paperwork all within an hours timeframe. I got the car I came there for without any hassle and am extremely loving my new car and have no regrets. Global is great I purchased a car on 11/22/2014, a 2015 Kia Optima. We were driving happily for 2 years +, when I got a flat tire on the NJ Turnpike, and found out th I purchased a car on 11/22/2014, a 2015 Kia Optima. We were driving happily for 2 years +, when I got a flat tire on the NJ Turnpike, and found out that the car did not come with a spare tire, or the fixit kit for the tire (not that that would have worked anyway). Went down to Global a week after the incident, really upset, and I left smiling. It was a no-hassle, problem-free experience. They listened, they reviewed, and I left highly satisfied. The good news is that the experience and it was AMAZING. So I was just driving on route 22 and decided to go in and check the cars out. All I knew is that I wanted an SUV. A salesman named Guy Harris came and assisted me. He was very friendly and took time to explain everything to me. I was very undecided and had no idea what I wanted but Guy was very patient with me and gave me some ideas. He helps break down the meaning of financing and leasing so you know your options. It is a very non pressured environment. The managers take their time and what I loved the most THEY WORK WITH YOU. They help you find what your looking for yet make sure it's affordable. All of their vehicles are top notch. After visiting 6 different car dealerships on the same road Global Auto was the one I felt most comfortable and safe. I never thought for one minute that I was being taken advantage of they are highly knowledgeable and just want to help. I plan on recommending for all my friends and family! More
