Courteous, friendly hometown service I brought my 2014 Camry in with foreboding. The transmission seemed to be going bad. I was informed that the warranty was extended because of a fact I brought my 2014 Camry in with foreboding. The transmission seemed to be going bad. I was informed that the warranty was extended because of a factory problem with the torque converter and the problem would be fixed under warranty. Very good news. They also told me my car would be ready to pick up on Thursday and it was ready Wednesday at noon. Everyone was kind and friendly and attentive. I couldn't ask for a more positive experience. More

I felt like I was dealing with a friend who was truly there to help, and not a salesperson trying to make me crack under pressure. He knew what he was talking about and answered all of my questions. After helping us for hours, until 8pm, the cleaning crew was gone for the day, so he went out there himself and cleaned the car for us! Such a great guy. Cameron made closing on the vehicle a breeze.
