The reason of 9 days is just excused so I will not accept this becuase one of the forwarders company also contacted the sales before the dealer sold the car. So what is behind this? Got better offer or what? Deal is deal. Otherwise, the sales should inform me about the deadline.

Sir, The only information we had from you was three letters RAK and an email address. We requested proper name ,address and ID so we can consummate a deal. You did not provide us with the requested information and didn't even replay back for 9 days. Unfortunately, we agree to a price with a lot of clients but when it comes time to do paperwork or give a deposit they disappear. 9 days is a very long time in the car business not to here from a client that is supposedly very interested in buying a car. If you would have touched base or replied in any way the outcome would have been different but you did not and the car was sold. Yes, if 9 days without any actions is very long in business but I wasted my time too in this case. I'm also a businessman so I understood and appreciated in business speeches. Deal is deal. So I believed in your company and all among professional companies in US understood too. As I mentioned, you should give me the dateline and the company should not open others offer during got deal with me. Moreover, is it true that 9 days as sales mentioned? What date the car was sold? Day 9th or early date? In this case, I was working on documents with the forwarder companies so far, YES I need times because I'm from oversea so we have different time zone day and night, I also waiting from forwarder companies as well. In this case, I hope you can investigate on your staff to make sure all informations you got clear and correct. So far, I appreciated your company profile so don't make me disappointed in this case. I believed the company is not easy to build the reputation but it will easy be spoiled by staffs in anytime if like this. So please give me a reasonable solution. I also saw the car status is still sale pending, so please show me your commitement to solve this case.

I have thoroughly investigated this matter personally. We have 3 stores and as per company policy any vehicle without a signed purchase order remains for sale for all our store. Our sales consultant requested all the information needed to complete the transaction, we received no response. On the 7th day our client care representative reached out to see if you were still in the market, that email was also not responded to. The vehicle was sold buy our Pre-owned Director out of our Florida store and has been delivered. I understand your disappointment but there is nothing that I can do on this one.
