Zach67 (Simply Comfortable) - after reviewing your repair order, it is noted that your order was placed on July 1st and cancelled on July 3rd (not the same day). Also, please note that the restocking fee is from General Motors. In fact, our Service Manager is in the process of trying to retrieve some of the restocking fee.

I understand that the cancellation was probably not processed immediately but I promise I contacted my service rep the same day. I’m sorry that General Motors charges these fee but at the end of the day I am out $1300 bucks.
