This was our first time to the new dealership and Harry was great to work with. He helped us purchase a new car on our first visit. Harry is new to the dealership and took his time to make sure he connecte was great to work with. He helped us purchase a new car on our first visit. Harry is new to the dealership and took his time to make sure he connected us with the right people. When we picked up the car later that day after Harry had it detailed and he showed us all the new features and helped us setup all the mobile apps to take full advantage of our new vehicle. There was a lack of communication. I was told I would be called by noon and that did not happen. Then I was told I would be called at 1pm and that never happened either. I was then on I was told I would be called by noon and that did not happen. Then I was told I would be called at 1pm and that never happened either. I was then on a 20 minute. Then I was called back around 1:50pm. I was very disappointed by the lack of communication. I also felt like I was being cheated when I found out the price of fixing my car was one price and then when I complained the price all of a sudden went down a 1,000 dollars More
