Car was dropped off the night before my appointment for 2 known minor repair issues. 2 days later I’m told that there hasn’t been enough time to even diagnose the problems. They’re short handed with staff an known minor repair issues. 2 days later I’m told that there hasn’t been enough time to even diagnose the problems. They’re short handed with staff and won’t be able to even look at the car for another 1-2 days. No communication until I called them after 36 hours of having the vehicle. Extremely poor customer service. For repair work. On the other hand, I have had very capable and helpful service in the parts department previous to this fiasco. I would not recommend having service performed at this dealer. More

Matt Fital was my sales person, Talk about a positive customer no pressure sales, it was outstanding very positive experience, I'm telling you I was impressed the financing department answered all my questions and I got the terms and warranty that I wanted, Jesus in finance did an amazing job on all my finance questions. I’ve had a very poor service experience on multiple occasions, particularly when working with my service advisor and dealing with consistently poor communication. The final issue for me occurred aft occasions, particularly when working with my service advisor and dealing with consistently poor communication. The final issue for me occurred after a recall was completed by your team. I brought the vehicle in for its 10,000-mile service and also reported a concerning noise when AWD was engaged, asking that it be investigated. That concern was ignored, as I was forced to bring the vehicle back weeks later after hearing very loud crunching sounds when engaging AWD. During that follow-up visit, your team discovered that two driveshaft bolts were missing from the recall work. While the issue was repaired at no cost, my original complaint was never acknowledged or addressed. This was a serious safety failure. If the driveshaft had detached while I was driving, it could have resulted in a serious accident with my family in the vehicle. I requested to speak with a manager to understand how this happened, especially since the vehicle has only ever been serviced at your location. I never received a response. As a result, you’ve lost a customer. More
