Hassle free and pleasant Buying my first car was a daunting task as I heard in the past that it can be very stressful and very hard to find financing with a bad credit score. Buying my first car was a daunting task as I heard in the past that it can be very stressful and very hard to find financing with a bad credit score. GOLF Mill FORD worked with me to find the best option so I could drive off the lot that day. We were roaming Chicago for weeks looking at cars, but landed at GOLF MILL FORD and left with a great vehicle in less than two hours. The interest rate was reasonable as it reflected my credit score and down payment so the weight of a large rate was lifted off my shoulder and prevented me from using a cosigner which did come highly recommended. Jorge Calazzo met my father and I in the lot and directed us to a great used Ford escape that was like new. A full point inspection was done at no cost and insurance was bought on the spot. Overall, thanks for making my first car buying experience an exciting experience. Worried than delighted I came into Golf mill ford with a car that wouldn't move, still in my driveway, a loan of $6800 still owed on my car . After talking with Mark G and I came into Golf mill ford with a car that wouldn't move, still in my driveway, a loan of $6800 still owed on my car . After talking with Mark G and explaining my situation he assured me all can be handled and explained all that it intailed. Mark had me and my wife feeling relaxed and very well taken care of. After Mark we sat down with wes on financing and again felt very well taken care of and throughly explained all . I take my hat off to Mark and Wes that is how customer service should be and Golf Mill Ford will now be the only dealership i buy from. More
