did not even come close to my tradein value! I was told my trade in value would be $15,000 & once they looked at it , it would go up from there. the KBB trade in value for my explorer limited was I was told my trade in value would be $15,000 & once they looked at it , it would go up from there. the KBB trade in value for my explorer limited was $15,426 to $17,605. my salesman grzegorz was doing a good job, then dominic general sales mgr comes over & tells me there is no market for my trade & it would stay at $15,000 in. my trade in was 99 out of 100. eight days later I see on golf mill used car website my explorer limited for sale, add said how nice & clean it was you would half to see it! for $18,888.00.they just sold me a new explorer & I know they made money on that! now they want to make $3,888.00 on my trade in ! that is not right! then I had to pay $ 500.00 extra because I did not finance. More

2013 Ford Fusion Purchase I went into the dealership looking for a certified pre-owned Ford. I worked with Andrew K. who was very helpful and worked with me to get to an option I went into the dealership looking for a certified pre-owned Ford. I worked with Andrew K. who was very helpful and worked with me to get to an option that was within my price range. After purchasing a pre-owned ford fusion, I actually came back about a year later to see if I could upgrade to an option with more included in the vehicle. I happened to work with Andrew again who showed me all that was available on the lot and put me in a vehicle that had all the options I wanted without having to pay for excess features. My experience was excellent with Andrew. He was a very active listener who was trying to pair me with a car based on what I wanted and was not try to just put me in the most expensive thing on the lot. If you purchase a car from Golf Mill Ford, I would recommend working with him. More
