"Very friendly staff and great buying experience!" Saw the vehicle I wanted online and visited dealership late afternoon on a Saturday as was working earlier in the day. Only visited to view the vehicle and see the unusual color in daylight with no intention of purchasing that day. Mark was very friendly and helpful and got the car taken round to the service area where we were able to view it and get a close up look. in good lighting Marc also took time to explain the many great features of the Ford Explorer. During the test drive he covered some more basic features but mostly just engaged in friendly chat to let me experience the feel of the car, which I appreciated. Though I really liked the vehicle it was still a little outside our price range and Marc said that as I was a retired Veteran, he would make sure he looked after me and get a good price on the vehicle. I felt Marc had my best interests in mind and he talked with the management and after some friendly banter we struck a good deal! The follow up from his assistant Joanne was first class!
