I've been a customer of the service department at Golling Dodge for six years. Jesse Welch is by far the best Service Advisor I have ever worked with. His outstanding customer service is one big reason why I continue to return to Golling for service on my vehicle, even after I moved several miles away from the dealership. Most recently, the Golling service team performed brake service on my Ram 1500. Jesse and the technician team provided great communication and real attention to detail, as well as excellent effort to complete the job quickly and correctly. I won't trust the maintenance of my vehicles to anyone else. More

Impressive service department!!!! A few months ago I had a great purchase experience from Golling and gave them high scores when asked about it. I bought a previously owed Jeep, it was perfect...... had only one issue..... engine light was on. We all knew this on purchase and all thought it was the gas cap which we agreed on replacing. When the part arrived in brought my car in and was assigned my own personal service representative David Denson. He did a great job keeping me updated on my repair. It turned out it needed a catalytic converter too so they replaced that too (free of charge since I bought it knowing they'd do what they needed to to make it right). They took great care of me..... even the sales manager Kyle recognized me from the original purchase and came by to say hi....... he said if it couldn't be ready in time they would set me up with a car rental a no cost to me.....what great service! I felt like I was in great hands and will have them service my car all the time. I'd recommend Golling to anyone I know and don't know. More

Recent Saturday visit to lease a new vehicle I came in on a Saturday to investigate the early turn-in of my vehicle lease and lease of another vehicle. I first talked with Robert Iuliano who ask I came in on a Saturday to investigate the early turn-in of my vehicle lease and lease of another vehicle. I first talked with Robert Iuliano who asked me if I needed help. When I told him what I wanted to do; he showed me to a vehicle that I was interested in briefly discussed it with me. He said that he had another customer to attend to but he would be back. After checking out the vehicle for 5 minutes or so, I returned inside and found that Robert was busy at his desk with another customer. In a few more minutes, he saw me waiting and asked Andy if he could help me as he was still tied up. At that point, Andy took over and was able to show me additional cars, look through all of the inventory, find a best match to what I was looking for and came up with a reasonable deal. When I said that I wanted to see the car before I would agree to the final "deal" he got the car, washed it and brought it out for me to review. Once I agreed, he processed the paperwork and got me out of the old vehicle and into the new one before 3 PM--perfect! So, this encounter was very good and I have good marks for all those that I dealt with. The reason that I am only ranking the dealership at 3 stars is because this is the 3rd time that I visited this Golling delearship: 1. About 4 years ago, I leased a vehicle there and got good service, 2. About 2 years ago, I went to look for a new vehicle and left in disgust after asking for help and waiting for 30 minutes without getting anyone to attend to me and 3. This past Saturday with the very nice visit. The second visit nearly kept me from returning this time; in fact, I did contact another dealership prior to coming into Golling this time and had plans to visit a 3rd dealership if I didn't get reasonable service on Saturday. Based on the service on this visit, I will consider returning again for my next vehicle. More
