Andy saved the sale So I'm not particularly picky about the cars I drive. I had a Ford Edge with 180,000 miles on it and I would have gladly kept driving it but the tran So I'm not particularly picky about the cars I drive. I had a Ford Edge with 180,000 miles on it and I would have gladly kept driving it but the transmission was clearly not going to make it through the summer. I Came to Golling to test drive the Wrangler Unlimited specifically. And it was a nice car but not quite what I was looking for. My Salesperson Andy Tavarez immediately brought me a Grand Cherokee to test drive but the Lease price was a little higher than I wanted. We shook hands and I was content to look at the Ford Edge or GMC Terrain. The next morning I left a message with a salesperson at Suburban Ford to quote me a lease price for a new Edge. I was determined to have a new car by the end of the day. Right after I left the message, Andy emailed me with a link to a Cherokee Limited that was within my budget and available immediately. Andy was very knowledgeable about the cars he showed me and he was determined to get my business. I shot him over a few questions which were promptly answered to my satisfaction, so I texted: Ok...I'll take it... All of this took place before the people at Suburban responded to my voice mail. I love the new car and I'm thankful to Andy for putting in the effort to get the deal done. More

He was kind, joyful and compassionate when it came to purchasing a Jeep for my son and I. He made the entire event AWESOME from start to finish! I don't think i could have picked a better sales representative out of that entire office to aid me in my hunt for a new Jeep. He was by far the most outgoing and ambitious gentleman in the office. I watched a lot of other salesmen show far less panache than Robert, that only made me realize that i had made the right choice. Aside from being fun loving and personable, he was knowledgeable and thorough when it came to my choices for my purchase. I can safely say that when i need another new vehicle, i will most certainly return to Golling, but most specifically, Robert. He made more than a sale, he made my day! More
