It took four days to do a four hour repair . I brought my '09 Challenger in for a free recall repair of the timing chain guide. I had to make an appointment a week in advance, so I dropped it . I had to make an appointment a week in advance, so I dropped it off on a Friday at 9AM thinking I was giving them 9 hours to accomplish a four hour job. With a priority level of four on the work order, they didn't look at the car until 2, and while service is open all day Saturday, my mechanic does not work that day, so I finally get the call that my car is ready on Monday afternoon. I work all week, and the shuttle is not available after 5, so it takes me more additional days to arrange a ride to pick it up. It could be worse, but I was greatly inconvenienced. More
