Jimmy Severin was recommended to me by a friend. He said that he would work with me and take care of me and get me into a new car. I wasnt completely confident before walking into the dealership because i h that he would work with me and take care of me and get me into a new car. I wasnt completely confident before walking into the dealership because i had already had 2 bad experiences with 2 different Ford dealerships, but once i met Jimmy I could tell this was going to be different. Jimmy shook my hand and seemed to take away the anxiety that comes with buying a new car/vehicle. He was very confident that he could help me get a new car and inturn it made me confident in him, "I'm going to make you proud of me" is what he told me, and at the time i have to say i was like "yeah we'll see". Well i am happy to say i was wrong, WAY WRONG!! Not only did Jimmy get me into a new car but I love my new car. He showed me how to use everything and now when people get into my car i can explane what everything does because of his tutorial. I have bragged about Jimmy and the dealership to everyone that has even looked at my car, weather they wanted to know or not. I wish I could rate higher than five. Both times we came in to the dealership they were extremely busy, but I was promptly greeted and never had to wait to speak to someone. Jimmy Severin and Matt Chabot were both great and easy to deal with. Jimmy spent a ton of time going over our new car with us, from syncing our phones to pointing out the funnel for the fuel tank. Matt had the paper work ready, it was accurate, and he was right on time for our appointment. He even saved us more money than we thought! I have purchased six cars in the last ten years. This was the best experience I have ever had! More

Within days after receiving delivery of a new Chrysler 300C AWD I became aware of a minor problem with the drivers door not fully latching with what I felt was normal effort to close it. While in the area 300C AWD I became aware of a minor problem with the drivers door not fully latching with what I felt was normal effort to close it. While in the area I dropped into the service area and discussed the door with Service Advisor Mike Belzt. Mike felt at the time it was not something that warranted service. I returned home and the more I thought about it the more I became disillusioned with my feelings regarding the quality of the car. I called the Service Manager Jeff Frank and made an appointment for him to look at the door. After testing all of the door's Jeff agreed the drivers door did not close as easily as the other three. Here is where I believe the Golling Chrysler motto of "WE WANT TO BE SURE YOU ARE PLEASED" came into play. Jeff made a service appointment and personally oversaw the considerable effort in replacement of the door latch resulting in a very happy customer. A lot of car dealerships are quick to advertise excellent customer service. I have found Golling Chrysler actually provides excellent customer service and highly recommend them to anyone. . More
Our experience at Golling Jeep was a very good one-on behalf of the sales department-Mike Bart was an excellent salesman and very impressed with his knowledge and not high pressure sales experience. The only fault and a major one was that Golling management has a policy of putting 3-4 gallons of gas in the new vehicle, I would think that if you buy a $40,000 + vehicle it would come with a full tank of gas. My first impression of the vehicle was distorted and disappointed with such a small but important part of the buying experience. The other Golling dealership in Lake Orion delivers vehicles with full tanks of gas because GM requires it. It would seems that between Chrysler and Golling, somebody is dropping the ball on this one!!!!!! More
