I was specifically looking for a late model Jeep Grand Cherokee with low miles. When I saw the vehicle on their website it was EXACTLY what I was looking for so I called to check its availability. The call was made at 3pm, Kyle (the sales person who took the call) met me at the dealership (he works out of a location different from the lot where the Jeep was at) by 4pm and I drove away at 7pm with great financing! I have purchased many cars and felt I had the least amount of leverage going into this purchase of any previous purchases. Jeeps are in high demand, this one had very low miles, and as I mentioned was EXACTLY what I wanted which is difficult to find when shopping for a used car. I had conducted a lot of research before making this purchase so I can say with confidence that the dealership treated me very fair. Kyle was excellent to work with through the entire process and I ended up with the vehicle I wanted at a very fair price and received excellent value for my trade. Before I left, Mike spent a long time walking me through all the features of my Dodge Charger and how to use them. He was extremely patient and walked me through things twice when needed!!! Since I made the purchase on Martin Luther King day and my insurance company was not open, he arranged for me to have a dealer plate for a day so I could take the Charger home that night.
