I had been to two other Chrysler Dealerships before meeting Mitchell at Golling, the first two dealers I visited before going to Golling left me very unsatisfied. One overpromising and under-deliverin meeting Mitchell at Golling, the first two dealers I visited before going to Golling left me very unsatisfied. One overpromising and under-delivering and the other not being upfront and honest with me. Mitchell was very positive with me and yet very honest as well. I enjoyed working with him and felt comfortable with him, as I feel I need to before making a large financial commitment. Jimmy and his assistant Kyle were great. They could not have been more helpful. They were very patient with my wife and I as we shopped for a new Jeep and were more than willing to show us a number of car have been more helpful. After we found the right vehicle, Jimmy was very accommodating in reviewing the financial options available to us. At first, we could not get into the price range my wife and I found acceptable and Jimmy was patient and did not pressure us in any way. In the end, we gave some and Jimmy gave some as well and we made a deal. Today we picked up our new Jeep and the closing went smoothly, with all the costs coming out exactly as Jimmy promised. He and Kyle spent a lot of time with my wife reviewing the use of her new vehicle and we both left delighted with our experience.
