Mike Bartniczak made the lease process simpler than what I experienced previously at different local Metro Detroit Chrysler dealerships in the past, a total of 8 leases. Two reasons for this, 1) I didn’t h I experienced previously at different local Metro Detroit Chrysler dealerships in the past, a total of 8 leases. Two reasons for this, 1) I didn’t have to go to the penalty box (finance office) to finalize the paperwork, we completed it re-time at his desk, and; 2) There was no price haggling. I went in with a preconceived notion of a down payment and monthly cost, and he beat both. This made me a happy customer and I will be going back when both my lease vehicles are due to expire in less than 2 years. More

I recently purchased a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Eric Adams at Golling and could not be happier with the whole transaction. I was referred to Eric, and while the dealership was quite a drive from my home Adams at Golling and could not be happier with the whole transaction. I was referred to Eric, and while the dealership was quite a drive from my home I decided to go out and meet him and see what he could to for me. The options I was looking for were very simple but not readily available on the lot. Eric did search after search until he finally found exactly what I was looking for. Eric then went out of his way to personally deliver the car to my home so I would not have to make the hour long drive back out to the dealership to pick my new Jeep up. I am so pleased with his level of care and concern for his clients and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a Chrysler, Jeep, or Dodge product. More

Why did I give a 5 star (great rating) overall: Because Mitchell was friendly and very easy to deal with. The lease turn in process was painless and overall with new purchase and turn in we were in and out Mitchell was friendly and very easy to deal with.
