Although we had Chrysler minivans years ago my wife would always say she was too young to drive a minivan. We started looking at a dealer close to our home but they were not willing to offer us enough for our 2005 Trailblazer we had to trade in. It seemed to be the typical dog and pony show that I have experienced every time we walk into a car dealer. After about an hour of B. S. we left and decided that we just wait. The next morning my wife told me that she really wanted the van. So when I arrived at my office I went online to find another Chrysler dealership, I chose Golling Chrysler. I looked under the meet the staff to look at pictures of sales people; I was looking for one who looked honest and professional. That is when I decided to contact Heath Weishuhn. Our communication started via e-mail shortly after lunch. He responded to my e-mail almost immediately. I explained my situation and told him about our trade in. Not only did Heath match the payment we had gotten form the other dealer (which was a great payment) but he was able to talk with his used car manager and get us a fair price on our trade in. By this point it is pushing 4:00 the dealership was closing in 2 hours and Heath asked if we would like to take delivery that day. I explained that my wife could not get there until 5:30 and that I would not be available at all. Heath assured me that it would be no problem. When my wife arrived, I insisted on being on the phone while Heath went through the documents. Based on my past experience at other dealers I was sure there would be an unexpected change in payment or the amount due at signing would change…Something. Not one thing was different than we had discussed. We had put a deal together in a couple of hours and my wife said the van looked great. Heath was professional from the first e-mail to his follow up after the sale. The entire transaction went very smooth and we are very happy with our new van. It was extremely nice to deal with someone who had integrity; a quality you don’t often find in a car salesman. But we did! And we would be pleased to recommend Heath to friends and family. I recently had my 2011 Chrysler 300 in for body work and service after an object flew at me on the expressway. Bloomfield Hills "Golling Chrysler Dodge Jeep" is a very customer oriented dealership from the Manager though to the service technicians. I must say that a great deal of my satisfied experience (here at Golling) has been due (in great measure) to the Awesome personalized service I have received from your "Service Advisor", Mike Belzyt. Mike is friendly, attentive and knowledgeable and has set a fairly high bar.
