visited golling on two seperate occasions. both times a price for a new car was agreed upon and both times they would'nt honor the deal. . the most recent agreement was the end of june with marcus. when i price for a new car was agreed upon and both times they would'nt honor the deal. . the most recent agreement was the end of june with marcus. when i arrived to finalize the deal he with the help of marty knudsen from finance tried to sell me a much more expensive car. i refused and objected to their tactics. i was told the car i wanted would be sold to me. when marty reached me several days later he said he couldn't honor the agreememt i had with marcus yet he continued his sales pitch to make a deal. I had to wash my hands of those two. they are the reason car salesmen are not thought of too highly. When Golling says they give you more and a whole lot more, I think the more they are referring to is BS. More

The price he quoted me was much better than other Jeep dealerships in the area for the exact same Jeep. The entire process was hassle free and enjoyable. About one year ago my mom passed away and my dad was trying everything in his power to get my mind off of it. He made a bold decision to take me to the car dealership to look at and even buy a Wrangler. trying everything in his power to get my mind off of it. He made a bold decision to take me to the car dealership to look at and even buy a Wrangler. However, the deal ended up not working out because my dad could not hold up his end of the deal at this time. Mitchell was helping us out by checking out different vehicles and such and saw how disappointed I was. Things then got emotional for both my dad and I but Mitchell was right there hugging us and telling us everything will work out in the end. Mitchell was very supportive then and even now. Last week my dad and I returned to Mitchell and sought him out on helping me, once again, find the perfect Wrangler. He did everything he could to find the one that matched my criteria. Mitchell performed fast, always getting back to my dad and I as soon as he could when he would receive new information. Overall, my dad and I are extremely happy that we went back to Mitchell and that he remembered us. His hard work really shows. This was by far the smoothest car transaction I have ever made. I'm not the type of guy who would normally take the time to write a review but Corey was by far best sales professional I have worked with. T made. This was about the 4th dealership I had called looking to lease a dodge challenger. Everyone either tried to talk me out of it or said they would call back and never did. Corey called me back with in 10 minutes with a price I was satisfied with. I sent all the info he requested and we set up a time to meet the next business day. When I actually got to the dealership the whole process took maybe 35 minutes. Not only did I fill out all the paper work for the new car but also turned in my old lease in this time frame. Everyone was incredibly nice and worked with a sense of urgency. The biggest surprise for me was that it was the actual monthly payment me a Corey agreed on. I've come to expect my leases to be a little more than the actual price I have agreed on. It wasn't once cent off. I'm enjoying this car and I will definitely be back to get my next one. More
