I just purchased a Jeep from 350 miles away from Golling from the comfort of my home. My first Internet email was answer by Linus Lee and was followed up with a phone call. If I had a concern regarding something on the vehicle my email was answered promptly with a photo. Linus even gave me a contact number that I could reach him on his day off and weekend if I needed him. Linus is the salesperson we all wish for. After I purchased the Jeep Linus arranged the shipping and delivery of the vehicle to my home. How easy was that! When Linus told me he felt good selling me the car site un seen I believed him. This is the third time in....AM radio 950 still not clear all the time. Phone still hangs up and still doesn't recognize commands..... I am told that they find no problems! I initially returned a call to Golling regarding their private sale, but was unable to locate the original salesperson that had contacted me. I spoke to Mitchell Klein and told him that I had a 09 Jeep L private sale, but was unable to locate the original salesperson that had contacted me. I spoke to Mitchell Klein and told him that I had a 09 Jeep Laredo and was willing to go into a newer model if the payment was reasonably comparable to what I was currently paying. I made an appointment to see him the next day. When I arrived I was greeted and taken care of immediately. Mitchell was able to get me exactly what I wanted and even what I didn't think I wanted/needed, without breaking the bank. He showed me the car, told me where to sign and I picked up my vehicle the next day. I am very very pleased with my brand new 2014 Jeep and even more please with the service I received. I brought my car back the next week to get a sunroof installed and told Mitchell that I really needed a "loaner" car for the full day that my car would be in service. He left and 10 minutes later pulled around the loaner at no charge!! I would definitely return to Mitchell Klein at Golling Jeep and absolutely refer any friends and family to Mitchell for their Chrysler needs.
