After purchasing a new vehicle from another dealer for my wife about a month earlier, I was skeptical to try using another dealership. From the moment I inquired about the purchase of a vehicle, Linus was not pushy like other salespersons, nor was he oblivious to making me feel like I was an important customer that wanted to be heard. After the first deal fell through, Linus made every attempt to keep my business and actually worked out a fantatic price for the vehicle that made me extremely happy!!!! When my wife and I went to test-drive the second vehicle, the vehicle was brought in from out-doors so that we could review everything without having to be in the cold and made the whole purchase from start to finish that accomodating. While the quality of our vehicles will ensure that we aren't purchasing a new vehicle for quite some time, I would strongly recommend anyone in the market for a new or used (particularly from my dealings) to visit Gollings and to visit with Linus. Let me start by stating that I have NEVER had a better automobile purchasing experience in my 55 years of buying or leasing new vehicles. Heath also went the extra mile to get me out of my very unpleasant lease of a very over rated 2012 Cadillac "Premium" Coupe. He did this through numerous phone calls to Ally the leasing company and my Early Out charges from Ally were less than expected. Going a step further, Heath delivered the car to my home two days after our agreement and as I had requested. Heath spent ample time explaining all of the vehicle features, picked up the Cadillac and returned to Golling. He then took care of all documentation required to end my Cadillac lease.
