We had been searching for a used vehicle for several months and had spoken with numerous private sellers and dealerships. I contacted the Golling dealership to get more information on a used vehicle an months and had spoken with numerous private sellers and dealerships. I contacted the Golling dealership to get more information on a used vehicle and was connected to Kyle Prochazka. Although this wasn't the right vehicle for me, Kyle took the time to eventually find me the vehicle I was looking for at the right price. He was flexible in trying to work around my busy schedule, even meeting me at a different location to view one vehicle, and on another occasion allowing an extended test drive... so I could shuttle one of my children between activities AND show the vehicle to my wife. When it came to purchasing the vehicle, he took care of everything so all I had to do was show up and sign the paperwork. Never during the process did I feel pressured or uncomfortable. Kyle is relaxed, easy going and very knowledgeable. In the past I have always tried to avoid dealing with car salesman because I never knew if I could trust them, now I would return to Golling and Kyle Prochazka in a heartbeat. He was that good. Chad was exceptional. Very helpful and definitely did his best. We did not appreciate being left in the dark regarding financing. We didn't like that after we had agreed to buy the car and then signed his best. We did not appreciate being left in the dark regarding financing. Yes the people are very friendly and the dealership is immaculate...but I don't think we were treated well.
