Great from the start, Brandon came up to introduce himself as my wife and I were looking at vehicles, however he was never pushy. Mr Hatcher assisted me with the service of my car. The casing for my Air Filter was rusted and Belle Tire wanted to charge me $400 to replace it and Mr. Hatcher and team resolved the problem and my bill w casing for my Air Filter was rusted and Belle Tire wanted to charge me $400 to replace it and Mr. Hatcher and team resolved the problem and my bill was $26. My wife and I are repeat customers at Golling Chrysler for the simple reason we were very satisfied with our first purchase with them. But we wondered if they were still as good or possibly better than be for the simple reason we were very satisfied with our first purchase with them. But we wondered if they were still as good or possibly better than before. I met sales person Mitchell Klein and right away we seemed to hit it off very well. Mitchell is not a high pressure sales person he is a very pleasant gentleman that made myself and my wife feel very relaxed. Shortly after talking to Mitchell about a new van I became ill and I let Mitchell know that at any time I may have to call it a day and possibly come back at a later time or day. He was very sincere and asked if I would rather come back another day and I told him no I will try to stick it out a bit longer. Well I did have to leave and he voiced his concern about me and said he hoped that I got feeling better and with the information that I had given him in regards the color and options if he found one a van matching them would it be ok if he called me and I told him sure. It was five days later and I was still a bit under the weather when Mitchell called he first asked how I was feeling and if I was up to talking about a new van he thought I might be interested in and I said sure. Mitchell told me it has both the outside and interior colors I had requested plus the options and than offered to drive it to my house so my wife and I could see but I told him thanks but we will be there shortly. Ten minutes later my wife and I were looking at the van and it was just what we had been looking for it was perfect. For my wife to actually comment to me - while Mitchell stepped away from his desk for a bit - he is a really nice salesman this isn't bad at all - it didn't surprise me that was my impression I had of him also. Mitchell makes purchasing a new vehicle actually enjoyable, if spending that amount of money can be. No pressureing what so ever plus we found him to be very honest and up front about every thing. None of these hidden extra's in other words the price he told us was exactly that. Mitchell made my wife and I feel like we were part of his family and a friend that's how comfortable we were dealing with him. We worked out what I concider to be a very good deal I had checked pricing else where to. We asked Mitchell now do we pick our van up tomorrow or - oh no he told my wife it should be ready in about 3 hours to our surprise but he would call us later to let us know the time to pick it up. Almost 3 hours later we were on our way back to pick up our new van. Mitchell has a neat way about himself he showed my wife and I that he cared about us his customers and spent quite a bit of time showing my wife and I how to operate this and that he went over every thing with us and made sure to tell us if we had any problems to give him a call and he would be there for us. My wife and I would recommend Mitchell Klein at Golling Chrysler to any one, and we have. We have been Golling customers sense 2004 and after checking another Chrysler dealership out to compare prices Mitchell and Golling really gave us a good deal. If your looking for a truly neat sales person and a Chrysler product we suggest checking and asking for Mitchell Klein at Golling I am sure you will be most happy you did after all just read all of his out standing reviews. Service advisor Mike Belzyt is one of if not the best service advisors I have ever dealt with over the years. Mike knows his stuff about the products that Golling sells and he makes sure things are servi service advisors I have ever dealt with over the years. He is one of if not the most pleasant - courteous people to deal with. I have dealt with Mike sense he started at Golling some time ago and he takes care of his customers for Golling & it shows. This is not to say other service advisors at Golling are not good but Mike has been a notch higher than most others I have dealt with. He has helped myself not only with warrenty work on my 2005 Town Country Van but also non-warrenty issues. He has gone out of his way to try and save me the most money to the point of even finding myself discount coupons to help myself with my bill. I have been a Golling customer sense Nov.2004 and have been most satisfied. Mike has always taken into concideration I just might need a ride home even when my van was out of warrenty and also has made sure I was picked up at my home when my van was finished. If you ever need work done on your Chysler product I would highly suggest that you ask for Mike Belzyt you will not be one bit disappointed after all I am still a Golling Customer and look forward to still dealing with Mike for my service advisor in the future.
