Our 19 year old daughter, Lindsey, has been driving her 2003 Jeep Grand Cherokee to college for the past year which is a good 4 1/2 hours away. I have been buying/trading cars, pick-ups, etc. for more than fifty years and this was one of my better experiences thanks to Tim Hague. I had kept in touch by e-mail with him for a couple of months while I had considered other makes. Finally, I decided that the Dodge Journey probably offered the best bang for the buck. Tim let me know that they had almost the exact vehicle I was looking for and so I met with him and worked out the deal and I had a new car within three or four hours.It would have been sooner but Tim was working with another client at the same time who had come several hundred miles to buy from him. It was after closing time when we finished so Tim came to my home a couple of days later on his own time to demonstate and explain all of the features of the vehicle. I really appreciated this undivided attention. The one almost exasperating facet was that the second key fob couldn't be located. Tim had to be away for a few days but he promised he would hunt it down which he did within a couple of hours of his return. He called and then delivered it to my home. This was great service, in my opinion, because I've had bad experiences with sales people who forget you as soon as you walk out of the door. I would recommend Tim to any buyer who wants a person who is pleasant to work with, listens to you, and makes sure you are a happy person when everything is done. More
