I had been working with another dealership that was giving me the run around for about a week. I had gotten so frustrated that I started looking for another vehicle (Not Chrysler). Knowing that I really wanted the Journey, my fiancé stopped by Golling on his way to work to see if they had a Journey Crew with the features I was looking for before I restarted my search. Steve and the team at Golling listened to my experience and immediately took ownership of the situation and began working on finding a Journey that had all the features I was looking for. In less than 45 minutes after speaking with my fiancé, Steve and the team at Golling had identified a vehicle, prepared a deal, and presented it to me and asked what time I would like to pick up my new Journey. Throughout the day he worked with me to get all the paperwork in order so that everything would be all set when I got there to pick up my new Journey. Once I arrived at the dealership my experinece only got better... Steve showed me the Journey and made sure that it had everything I wanted on it. He walked me through the paperwork, explaining every document and its pupose. He took the time to go over the vehicle and made sure that I had no questions. We signed the paperwork and I was off and running. Working with Steve and the team at Golling has been one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. They have earned a customer for life!!!! More

From the first time that we met, he told me the truth about value and what I could expect to get in my price range. Mitch initially provided information and a demonstration ride to my wife, who was evalauting vehicles from multiple manufacturers in order to select her preferred model. Returning to the dealership tegether, Mitch patiently and professionally again did the same for both of us. We settled upon a Town and Country Touring L model as our choice, but couldn't agree upon a purchase price. Through the process, Mitch remained profesional and patient in expressng his desire to provide a price upon which we could agree. We returned a third time, on a Saturday morning, and were able to agree upon a price. Once we agreed upon the price and the terms, we drove our new vehicle away one hour minutes later. We were very satisfied with the process and the end result, we greatly appreciated how professionally Mitch and Golling treated us, and we are very happy with our new Town and Country. He then looked up my service contract and noted that a free rental car was available and then scheduled my vehicle for well what needed to be done. The only negative was that they had to order a part for our vehicle the day of service, when they had five business days before we dropped the car off in which to order the part, so we had to wait an extra day to pick up our car.
