I'd give 'zero' if possible. If your Chrysler, Jeep or Ram need service, go to another dealer. Their service lane ignored my concern about the brakes on our truck. Their 'vehicle inspection' found no is Ram need service, go to another dealer. Their service lane ignored my concern about the brakes on our truck. Their 'vehicle inspection' found no issues, but less than 3,700 miles after the service visit at Golling, our truck requires over $2,000 of brake repairs - pads, rotors and two calipers. All regular/routine maintenance had been done at Golling, but they never alerted me to a potential brake issue that would have cost a lot less if taken care earlier. I have email Jeff twice and he has not responded to either email. Maybe the one star rating will get his attention. More

Had an oil change done yesterday and requested a heavier weight oil, and it didn't have to be synthetic. The service guy indicated there would be an upcharge, but didn't say exactly how much. I assumed mayb weight oil, and it didn't have to be synthetic. The service guy indicated there would be an upcharge, but didn't say exactly how much. I assumed maybe 5-10%. Boy, was I wrong. Instead of the typical $40 oil change, I was hit with a $71 oil change! I've changed oil in my own cars for decades and still can't imagine how they are able to justify the additional cost, even if the oil comes out of individual cans instead of a pumper. In any case, you would think these guys would give you a heads up. It's not the money, I can afford it. But a surprise like that is just bad business. Let's see it they they publish this review. I doubt it. More
