I had some issue with obtaining some parts for my 2015 Renegade. I tried 3 other local dealerships. And was told that it would be 4 to 8 weeks to receive them. I spoke to the parts manager (Andrew) at t Renegade. I tried 3 other local dealerships. And was told that it would be 4 to 8 weeks to receive them. I spoke to the parts manager (Andrew) at this dealership and was told it should not take that long just for some motor mounts when he looked it up on his computer. He introduced me to the service advisor (Adam) and he gave me a quote to have them installed. Needless to say, the parts came in within a little over one week and had them installed. I waited only about 2 1/2 hours and left completely satisfied. I highly recommend this dealership and will continue to do business with them in the future. More

Andrew helped me out getting a new Hard Top Tonneau Cover for my new 2023 Ram 1500 Laramie with Ram Boxes. It was hard enough to find a tonneau cover that fit with the boxes but once I gave Andrew a call he for my new 2023 Ram 1500 Laramie with Ram Boxes. It was hard enough to find a tonneau cover that fit with the boxes but once I gave Andrew a call he was able to find one that was absolutely perfect.
