Came if for an oil change The gentleman that checked me in was somewhat rude. I have worked briefly with him another time and he was rude then too. We buy acura's for a reason, one of which is exemplary service. A young lady checked me out and she was very nice. I wasn't her customer but the guy that checked me in wasn't even making eye contact with me. She was more what I am used to when I come in. More

Pricey with Poor service I had a blow out on two tires, I called the dealership at 10:20 to tell them that my nearly new vehicle would be towed to them and to check to see if I had a blow out on two tires, I called the dealership at 10:20 to tell them that my nearly new vehicle would be towed to them and to check to see if they had the tires in stock. The initial discussion was good. I assume I would get the two tires and be able to pick up my car before downtown rush hour traffic. I received a call around 1:30 from the service department asking me if the towing company they ever picked up my car because they didn't have it (the towing company picked it up at 11:00 am and it was a 20 minute drive). I panicked for a few minutes until the towing company sponsored by Acura roadside assistance stated my car was at the dealership. Over the next couple of hours I spoke to the dealership but never received an update or quote -- finally I received a quote at 3:30 from Michael Lindley stating that the two tires and alignment would be $600.00.. I was taken aback because you can find the tires between $117 to $135 on the internet and other tire retailers. But to topped the cake Michael Lindley bad mouth the dealership I bought the car from stating it would be much higher there because he had work for them before; he also stated that "it is what it is and he was not competitive with tires because the NTB's of the world sales a lot more. and tried to tell me their was a difference with original tires and aftermarket priced tires. He also placed the blame on the tow driver for just leaving the car with any technician. This is some of the reasons I avoid dealership but expects more from Acura. (This is my 4th Acura). Also to give credit, they washed the car but failed to remove all the wax from the wheels and tires to the point I had to questions if there was something wrong with the tires until I notice a 50 cent size of glop stuck to the rim). Michael was on the phone and no other attendant came over to assist instead they were talking to each other in the service bay. I like the model of having of having an individual service adviser but this should not negate working together. When I arrived at the service center for the first time I asked the closest adviser for assistance she helped but had a bitter lemon face while doing it. The techs were sitting in the break room using foul language-- at one point I heard the N word. Even the person who ran my credit to pay was not friendly -- can anyone smile in this place. If I'm going to pay premium price I expect premium service. In the end I was stuck in rush hour traffic for 1:45 minutes. I would recommend the manager or owner send in a secret shopper-- After reading the reviews and the top rating on the dealership I wonder if I receive this treatment because I was female or the color of my skin. Just makes you pause.-- I almost laugh when he asked me would I bring my car back here to be service; I think he's a genuine person but he's oblivious to the customer experience. She took the ball and not only made sure I understood the process but guided me through the insurance requirements and put me in a nice loaner car the next day. She and Chip communicated with me through the entire process and the shop did an amazing job on the repair. I will never buy another from any other dealership....Goodson has my business, respect, and sincere thanks for an exceptional experience and a job well done. My wife and I decided to add some body side molding to the car and the dealership would not honor the pricelist that they sent, they wanted a hunred dollars more for the molding. We were told that the pricelist was out of date even though it clearly said 2018 TLX pricelist. To me, when you send a customer a pricelist, you honor the prices on that list. Evidently Goodson doesn’t believe in that principle. We chose not to pay a hundred dollars more for the molding. I somewhat regret that we bought the car from them. You don’t treat custmers in that way. More
Got The Cargo Space I Needed and Retained the Luxury Ride! I went from.an ILX to a RDX because I needed the extra space necessary to my career transition. Wade West put me in a RDX that I love.
