Unfair business practice I bought a vehicle last week from their dealership (I didn't negotiate even a single dollar on the price, I believe in not cutting their profits) and I bought a vehicle last week from their dealership (I didn't negotiate even a single dollar on the price, I believe in not cutting their profits) and while looking at the vehicle I asked if there is anything specific I need to know about the vehicle like any issues or such. I was told there is nothing as such. After the paper work is done and I signed all the documents, during delivery the sales person then told me there is only 1 key fob and he can't do anything about it and walked away. That was very rude and unethical business practice. He hide the information all the time and told me after I paid for everything. The key fob itself will be around 300$ I believe. They didn't offer me a coupon or service to replace the key fob. More

First Class Customer Service My service advisor Richard Furcht met me when I arrived, We went over a couple of issues that I had and he gave me all the information I needed. My My service advisor Richard Furcht met me when I arrived, We went over a couple of issues that I had and he gave me all the information I needed. My car was then taken to be serviced. Richard told me it would be about 45 minutes and I could wait in the lounge and get a beverage. Within 45 minutes Richard came and got me and we did the paperwork in about two minutes and I was on my way. Everyone at the dealership was pleasant and courtesy. Eddie Cohen More
