Fast and professional I was in the market for a low mileage pre-owned Acura TLX, and emailed several different DFW dealerships regarding my needs and questions. While a cou I was in the market for a low mileage pre-owned Acura TLX, and emailed several different DFW dealerships regarding my needs and questions. While a couple of dealerships replied with generic information, CeCe at Goodson emailed me after midnight (I work nights), and presented me with more useful information. I live a couple of hours away, and told her I would be there by 11am, but needed to leave by 1pm so I could get back home to pick up my kids from school. I left the dealership in the Acura at 12:59pm. All empoyees that I encountered were great, but CeCe took care of everything. After I left the dealership, I finally got a more personalized email regarding one of the cars I had asked about, but it was too late. I'd already been taken care of much more efficiently. More

Never performs an unexpected service without calling me first to review and price, and talk me down off the ledge. Tells me must dos and what can safely wait a year.Helpful in combining service coupons to save me money. Always walks me through the billing statement, explaining what was done and why, how much it cost, how much I saved. Returns my car to me looking new inside and out. White glove service all the way.
