We did everything over the phone since I live 2 hours away from the dealership. When we got their we were offer water and they got right with us. We waited 5 to10 to minutes, David brought in the sales away from the dealership. When we got their we were offer water and they got right with us. We waited 5 to10 to minutes, David brought in the sales price we agreed on over the phone and I sign agreeing to the price. Greg Mathews was finishing up with another customer, then he came and got my wife and I. He printed everything, I signed the papers and they handed a set of keys! Patrick then took us outside and walked us through how everything works and synced our phones with the system. Total experience less then 2 hours and we were on our way home with a new 2014 Acura RDX! Great experience and I would recommend them to anyone look for an Acura! Thank You Goodson Acura for making buying a car simple with no hassle. More
I helped my daughter buy a pre owned Mazda from these jerks it all went fairly smooth considering my daughter bought the car while she was out of state (she's in the Navy). She bought the car on my advis jerks it all went fairly smooth considering my daughter bought the car while she was out of state (she's in the Navy). She bought the car on my advise as I checked the car out and drove it. Upon me picking up the car and getting home I noticed that one of the key fobs did not work. I promptly got on the phone and notified Jared Rios the young salesman that I worked with. He told me to bring the key in. A few minutes letter I got a text message from him stating that his manger said they were not going to replace the key fob. They had placed a piece of scotch tape over the key fob broken part. Immediately I called Jared Rios and asked him why they were not going to replace the key fob. He stated that the car a Mazda was NOT a certified Acura and all they guaranteed me was a working car and one working key. This was a extra key. I'm going to have to come out of my pocket and get a new key and get it programed due to these jerks. It was the principle of the matter I realized the car was sold as it, but to give me a broken key fob from the beginning and try to hide it with scotch tape was scraping the bottom of the barrel and was under handed and low. I was treated very poorly and Goodson Acura you should be ashamed of yourself to take advantage of a veteran doing her duty. We trusted you and you treated us like dirt. Don't try to explain this away with your lame excuses like you are doing with other complaints. The bottom line is you refused to make it right, you did not replace the key fob, and you treated me like dirt as far as customer service after the sale goes. Jared Rios was the salesman, so don't deal with him better yet don't buy a car from Goodson Acura. if they balked on replacing a simple key fob no telling what else they won't stand behind. I'll never ever return to Goodson. They must be happy saving themselves a couple hundred dollars. Very disappointing please beware of these shysters as well as Jared Rios. More
Classic Bait and Switch. I had spoken with the Sales Manager and the salesman they assigned me to on a Wed. Made the appt for Saturday and spoke to them several times between Wed and Sat. Had the car Manager and the salesman they assigned me to on a Wed. Made the appt for Saturday and spoke to them several times between Wed and Sat. Had the car financed and was ready to fly in to Dallas, but the night before "the car was sold...but they had a newer model for me to buy". I can't recommend businesses that are dishonest. More

My car was damaged at their dealership and they expect me to pay 1/2 of the cost to replace a factory windshield with and aftermarket one. I have it in writing that they would replace the window at half cos to pay 1/2 of the cost to replace a factory windshield with and aftermarket one. I have it in writing that they would replace the window at half cost and no where did it say they would use aftermarket glass. They wanted to charge me $300.00 to replace a TPMS sensor that only cost $79.00 total at David McDavid. They are rude and obviously do not care about customer service or Quality of Service. If you use Goodson for anything I implore you to call another dealer ship and get a competing quote. You will most likely save hundreds of dollars! More
I found a used car that I liked, so I called them to make an appointment. I asked them if the car was available, and they said "Sure, just come on in." When I drove through heavy traffic to get there, I wa an appointment. I asked them if the car was available, and they said "Sure, just come on in." When I drove through heavy traffic to get there, I was told that the car that I came for had been in a shop in Irving being repaired for a body damage, so I wouldn't be able to even see the car. They never mentioned that the vehicle had an accident when I first contacted them mere 6 hours ago. No apology from the sales person. All I got from him was "I know you must be frustrated." Of course I am frustrated that I just wasted my time and gas driving all the way to your dealer for nothing. My wife and I just walked out of there. This place is dishonest and rude. I wouldn't go back there or recommend anyone to shop there . More
After speaking with them through email and confirming our figures, we took the drive to a further Acura dealership, Goodson Acura. However, they were liars and were not able to meet the figures previously ag figures, we took the drive to a further Acura dealership, Goodson Acura. However, they were liars and were not able to meet the figures previously agreed on. Later they contacted us again, and said they had great news, so we verified everything through text message and email, and brought copies for their confirmation. Trip 2, was also a waste and they once again lied about their commitment. One last time, we took another trip to Goodson Acura, because the sales manager was persistent in cutting us the good deal they previously promised. However, they didn't. After three pointless drives to Goodson Acura, we asked to speak to the General Manager, but ended up speaking with the General Sales Manager. The GSM, Benny Franklin, was more concerned about showing us we are ignorant and wrong, than realizing we were just disappointed in the customer service. They could of saved at least 2 of our drives, if they were honest from the beginning. Benny Franklin, continued to talk down to us like we were in competent in a very rude and disrespectful manner. Afterwards, we received one last call from the sales manager, and he said he would look into our deal again, but never called us back. We emailed the GSM Benny Franklin, about our disappointment and experience, he never replied back to us either. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Look at the previous reviews, it is obvious they do this quite often. More

Im glad I got my car from Goodson Acura, they make their costumers feel like family and are really good with negotiating on the prices and making sure the buyer is satisfied. My sales person pulled out ever costumers feel like family and are really good with negotiating on the prices and making sure the buyer is satisfied. My sales person pulled out every car that she could that matched my my wants in a car and if she hadn't done that, I don't think I would've gotten the car I did. I bought a 2011 TL and so far I am really happy with the car. More
My parents were in the market for a used vehicle. We needed an SUV that could accomidate my mom and her 5 grand children. I found them a white 2005 Acura MDX online with autotrader. When I sent an email needed an SUV that could accomidate my mom and her 5 grand children. I found them a white 2005 Acura MDX online with autotrader. When I sent an email inquiring about the vehicle, internet salesman David Rivera responded to my inquiry promptly. The next day he called to inform me the vehicle was still available and when would be a good time for me to come test drive and take a look. I was able to go up to Goodson Acura that same evening with my father to test drive the truck. David was very friendly and informative with all the information about the truck we were inquiring about. We test drove the car, it rode great, and my dad really liked it. The dealing process went really well, they did not keep us in the dealership all evening trying to put us in a vehicle we were not interested in. David worked with the price range we were trying to stay in. We knew what we wanted, and David did his job to work with us and give us just that. The process was quick and simple, and within less than two hours we drove off the lot with the vehicle we went there to see. Thanks David! Ask for him anytime your in the market for a new "used vehicle"! More
