I had an amazing experience working with Matt on my new 2021 ILX. I felt well taken care of by the way he explained how a lease may be a better option for me versus regular financing as I was heavily upsid 2021 ILX. I felt well taken care of by the way he explained how a lease may be a better option for me versus regular financing as I was heavily upside down on my trade. He was also very patient with me insisting on the red interior and that ILX wasn't even on the lot yet, stuck over in Alliance at the railyard. On delivery, we could not get the Android Auto to sync up so he went into the showroom several times to get a different cable to try. Above and beyond! Giles in finance was easy to work with as well.
