From the first moment, she made sure that my car was taken care of! I was put in a loaner car while my car was diagnosed. I got to stay in a loaner car throughout the entire time that my car was in the dealership. Erica kept me updated the whole entire time, and I was informed of everything that was serviced on my vehicle. She went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with my vehicle service. Hands down the best customer service I have received from any dealership. I will continue to get my vehicle serviced at Goodson Acura due to Erica's spectacular attitude and her ability to go above and beyond for me to make sure that my vehicle was impeccable.
