My service was great. She helped us and greeted me when I first walked in, seeing I called an hour previously to let them know I was stopping in. She greeted my by name, had the car warmed and ready. She assisted us with the loan process, helped us so we didn't have to wait. The only thing wrong with the car was that the rear window wiper was broke along with a key fob being broke. She called with in a week (like she said she would) and had the part in. We got it installed and then they had to order a new fob because it wasn't the battery being broke, That was done a day later. Excellent service, I would go back to her in the future! It was a GMC Acadia that we purchased, that option was not on there. More

They have shown me what great service is all about. joe has provided me with his cell number and I have already called him to help with some of the features on my 2013 MKZ. I filled out a black book entry online to value my trade. I was given a range of value that I could expect. The online manager contacted me and showed me five different cars that might meet my needs. I was also told that if I would just give them 30 minutes of my time, I would leave with 1. an different car, 2. a check for my car, 3. a gift certificate for $25 to restaurant.com. So I drove 45 minutes both ways from Madison to see the used inventory and to (hopefully) sell my car. When I arrived, they only had one vehicle that was even close to what I was looking for, and it was a mess. After an hour and a half, the low-balled me a price to purchase my trade, and then sent me on my way with no check and no gift certificate. It seemed as though the GM, Don Chesebro had no idea that they were advertising online. A very poor experience and a waste of a day. More
