I made a regular maintenance service appointment and they totally wasted my time and money. I have a Ford prepaid service plan for my vehicle which I told them when I made the appointment and again when I ch totally wasted my time and money. They tried to sell me things already covered by my plan, then claimed they couldn’t look up my plan details, then said they couldn’t complete the service and said I had to reschedule. I confirmed with the dealership that I bought the vehicle new from that this was total bs that Gordie couldn’t look up my prepaid plan. I’ll never return here again. I think they’re shady and we’re trying to cover their mistakes when I refused the upsells of basic wear items my plan covers. More
