They used to do a very good job on my personal vehicle and Echo’s E450 box truck. The last appointment was for the truck—mostly basic stuff. A scheduled appointment for 11am. I had to get shuttle ride b and Echo’s E450 box truck. The last appointment was for the truck—mostly basic stuff. A scheduled appointment for 11am. I had to get shuttle ride back to my car. It should have been done late afternoon. I left a message—no call back. So I showed up in person about 4:30pm. Talked to advisor—no work was done on the truck. He said the guy that works on trucks wasn’t at work that day. So I had to drive back to Echo and the shuttle driver had to bring me back to Boucher so I could retrieve my car. A total waste of time!!!! More
Called to get price of rear camera and install was told $705.00 plus tax.After be told needed to have vehicle diagnosed the price jumped to $1250.00 . Called local dealer in Rockford was told $750.00 plu $705.00 plus tax.After be told needed to have vehicle diagnosed the price jumped to $1250.00 . Most recent experience was not good. Our truck was there for over a week and then it was not finished until late on Friday. We left immediately to pick it up but since we are an hour away Service was closed when we got there. No one was able to explain the charges to us or take our coupons or Ford points, We had received a telephone quote of charges in the $500 range and they were $846.67. We had coupons for 15% off on service and $50 off on brakes. We were charged the full oil change price, also, and the truck was not washed. We have an extended warranty on the truck, but still had to pay for the 4x4 Module, labor, etc. Does not seem right to us. We are not happy. More
