I had two flat tires in five days. Elisha did a super job getting my vehicle in and taken care of. I also was recently in for an oil change and all was done in a timely manner. On my initial visit, I asked for the dealer to replace a burned out front left directional light bulb in addition to an oil change and tire rotation. When I got home, I found the the directional light was burned out front left directional light bulb in addition to an oil change and tire rotation. When I got home, I found the the directional light was still not working. I needed to return to the dealership to get the bulb replaced. Elisha was kind enough to work me in based upon my schedule. She had the service department replace the bulb and admitted that they had not done an adequate job of checking whether the initial work had been satisfactorily performed. She apologized for the poor service and gave me a voucher for a future oil change. I appreciated her honesty and effort to make up for the inconvenience. More
