I was reminded again last week, of why I have stuck with Gordie Boucher as my preferred Dealership and continue to recommend them to my friends. The Service Department went out of their way to help me, whe Gordie Boucher as my preferred Dealership and continue to recommend them to my friends. The Service Department went out of their way to help me, when I was in a pinch. I had self diagnosed my engine miss-fire, to the furthest point allowed in the Manual, but could not resolve the issue. Time was not on my side, as I had several people depending on me for weekend transportation. I called on Tuesday and explained my situation to Scott Dagenhart. He and Sean Tompkins were able to work me in, to get the computer diagnostic check that I needed, to evaluate my issue. Luckily it was just a coil pack, and I received a call the next day, saying I could pick up my vehicle by the end of the day. I was also informed this was covered under my Drive Train warranty, what a huge relief. I cannot express enough, my gratitude for the timely and professional Service I have received from Scott and Sean in my years of dealing with G B. The Service Department is what truly keeps me coming back. Oh, and by the way, I forgot to mention, this was on my Motorhome, which I purchased because it had an E-450 Engine that I knew I could take to G B for service. More
