Friendly service and cashier area. However, on the day of my service I asked how long my oil change would take and I was told 60-90 minutes when I arrived. I had an appointment and was about 10 minutes early. I had to be back to work in just under 2 hours so I should have had plenty of time. After an hour and 15 minutes of waiting, I checked on the status of my vehicle and they had not even started it yet. They offered and ended up giving me a ride to work and then bringing my vehicle to my work once they were done with it. If they would have just told me they were running behind from the beginning they could have just given me a ride to work right away and not wasted over an hour of my time. I would have thought that they would have offered me a discount or coupon for a return visit but they didn't. They apologized when I called to pay but that was it. More
