My service there has always been good. The service people are always polite. They always do a inspection of my vehicle. Did not accomplish what I went there for. I found out later your service department canceled an oil change appointment because they couldn’t repair the problem with the windshield washer pump. I’m not ab later your service department canceled an oil change appointment because they couldn’t repair the problem with the windshield washer pump. I’m not able to check my phone at work due to lack of cell coverage, so that was a little bit of a surprise upon entering the dealership. Yes they did, supposedly, changed the oil, maybe they didn’t. I asked for the windshield washer pump to be repaired, even at a later date, can’t even bother trying to schedule that for a later date. Seriously? It’s as if you don’t want my business. Guess what? I’ll spend MY money elsewhere. Ford overall is doing a horrible job at customer service. This is most likely the last Ford vehicle I will own because your service department is that bad. If you really cared, you would find a way to get the parts I need, let me know you have them and work with me to get the work done. I also realize that management doesn’t really care either, as that the is root cause of bad customer service. I’ll drive 100 miles out of my way rather than come back to your dealership GB. More
